Absolutely! It doesn't matter if you have a digital OHS platform - you still need the completed risk assessments, policies, and procedures that sit behind it. After all, an online OHS or rehab platform is just that - a platform - you still need to create and implement the processes and controls that make your workplace safe and healthy, and document how you came to those decisions. It's also important to have your OHS / Return to Work risk assessments and documents available and accessible in the event you can't access your digital solution. We all know the chaos that can ensue when a system goes down 😬 - by having a copy of your docs available in paper form, you can ensure work will continue safely and as smoothly as possible until your systems are back online!
